Sorry but I'm not going to publish my own bills online for everyone to see!
Many of the companies do offer an example on their website though - e.g. here is the link for Nuon (electricity/gas)http://www.nuon.nl/klantenservice/uw-gegevens-bekijken/jaarafrekeningenbetalingen/voorbeeldjaarafrekening/index.jsp?jaarafrekening=tcm:123-42117
On the left you can see "jaarafrekeningen pagina x" - click to see each page
This is a yearly bill which is normal. Gas/elecricity/water are metered and yearly you either submit your meter reading to the company (by post/telephone or online) and then they calculate the bill. Normally most people pay monthly by direct debit (the company makes an average and charges this monthly, and then at the end of the year the balance is charged/refunded)
P.S. I remember your ID from another question - how do you offer a room to someone if you don't live here? (curious!)

seem at it this way. as quickly as we can no longer pay our costs by way of fact they have skyrocketed uncontrolled, we can get on the liberal welfare rolls and get all that loose funds. of direction with absolutely everyone on welfare, who will grant the welfare funds? there remains wish that somebody in the senate has the testicular fortitude to stand up and block this disaster.
